I have two very different traditional jewelry styles that I enjoy. I really like American Indian big bold pieces, but I also enjoy broaches and more traditional peals as well. In terms of trends romantic jewelry is always in style hearts and diamonds will always make a girl happy and she will definitely approve of your choice. For earrings hoops and circles or knot earrings are big this season. For my wedding I would probably go with traditional pearls depending on the neckline, a rounded neckline would look amazing with a nice string of pearls. However a v-neck or a heat-lined neckline would be better mirrored in the jewelry with a drop necklace, i would still use something simple maybe a drop that goes into a diamond, because of course it is the dress that should shine. I would not wear any bracelet or watch. For earring i would go with a simple post earring that would match the necklace. I always prefer silver or platinum as opposed to gold. Silver and/or platinum matches absolutely everything. Where as gold can often be too shiny or too crass and does not match always match the dress. The only time I would wear gold jewelry is if I was wearing a yellow or gold outfit.
